Non-custodial software

Vericonomy Wallet is non-custodial open-source software. You alone control your recovery phrase, passphrase, and funds. Vericonomy does not hold, recover, or insure your assets.

Your responsibilities

Lost passphrases or recovery phrases cannot be recovered by Vericonomy.

  • Back up your recovery phrase securely offline.
  • Verify recipient addresses and amounts before sending.
  • Comply with laws that apply to you when using cryptocurrency.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Blockchain networks, Electrum servers, and third-party APIs may be unavailable, slow, or inaccurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vericonomy and contributors are not liable for lost funds, failed transactions, server outages, or damages arising from use of the app.

Open source

Wallet source code is available in the Vericonomy project repository. You may inspect, build, and modify it under the project license.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
